Welcome to the Fort Collins, Colorado Meals on Wheels.

 We are truly more than a meal!

Our services include a nutritious meal, friendly conversation, and a well-being check on each delivery day! We have helped so many people live right where they want to be, in their home! We help homebound persons remain independent.

Fort Collins Meals on Wheels has been delivering hot, midday meals to homebound residents in Fort Collins, Colorado since 1969.  Our meals are prepared at Poudre Valley Hospital. We thank Poudre Valley Hospital for over 35 years of partnership with our program.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency, and are generously supported by many individual donations, grants, and the United Way of Larimer County.
