Welcome to the Fort Collins Meals on Wheels. We are truly MORE THAN A MEAL! Our services include a nutrtious meal, friendly conversation, and a well-being check on each delivery day! Our services have helped so many people live right where they want to be--in their home! We help homebound persons remain independent--in their home!
Fort Collins Meals on Wheels has been delivering hot, noon meals to homebound residents since 1969. Our meals are prepared at Poudre Valley Hospital. We thank Poudre Valley Hospital for over 35 years of partnership with our program. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit agency. We are generously supported by many individual donations and the United Way of Larimer County. Many thanks to all our past and present donors............we could not do what we do without YOU!! In addition, we regularly seek grant funding from many sources, and will continue to update this website to reflect the grants for this fiscal year.
