The mission of Meals on Wheels for Fort Collins is to provide nutritious noon meals and social interaction to eligible clients, five days a week, in the greater Fort Collins area.
Our services include a nutritious meal, friendly conversation, and a well-being check on each delivery day! We have helped so many people live right where they want to be, in their home! We help homebound persons remain independent.
