Weather Cancellations
On a rare occasion, we must cancel meal delivery to ensure the safety of our volunteers due to dangerous road conditions. We try to keep this to a minimum by having a 4-Wheel Drive Club in place that can help with deliveries should the roads be unsafe for other vehicles. However, in the event that weather conditions cause us to cancel delivery, we will make every effort to contact each client and volunteer. We will also have local public radio station KRFC 88.9 announce the cancellation as early as possible.
